here is some flooding video at 880 at the broadway off ramp in oakland. storms hit the area and the heavy rains we had overnight into the morning caused the flooding so give yourself some extra time in that area. it is very likely over in berkeley and wet areas involved a big-rig truck this morning and the accident happened just before the university exit off of interstate 880. the truck crashed into a concrete barrier on the right shoulder which will need to be repaired and there is a lot of standing water and some occasional gusts of winds and you might want to leave a little early. watch your speed, back out here live, it is backed up right now and i will tell you some people are driving so be careful because roadways are slick and you don't want to cause any major accidents this morning. paul chambers, ktvu channel 2 news. >>> there have been more than a few accidents. >> this is easily outpacing normal commute by at least three times so i want to add advise you again, leave the house early because you will have to wade through fender benders and floo
